What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to pet parents who contact reputed company for a variety of topics. This will primarily involve:

• Engaging directly with pharmacy customers: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Researching and problem-solving: Use your critical thinking skills to research and resolve customer issues, following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Going above and beyond: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for team members who can engage with our customers, think critically, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, using your verbal and written communication skills to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and think critically: You'll be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple customer interactions, and think critically to resolve reputed company customer issues.
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed: You'll be able to adapt to changing schedules and work overtime as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business needs.
