Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving customer service or billing complaints: You'll work with clients to resolve issues, exchange merchandise, refund money, and adjust bills as needed.
- Responding to customer inquiries: You'll contact clients to respond to inquiries, notify them of claim investigation results, and provide updates on planned adjustments.
