About the Role

As a Content & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering a pivotal new tool for customers and sales staff to reputed company the sales journey. This requires the ability to adapt from program management to development, operations, and experience design, with a focus on geo-availability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Channel Projects Development and Customer Deals Enablement, to ensure the successful launch of this new program.

Key Responsibilities

• Map out the customer journey and work with program directors to identify opportunities to meet business goals.

Requirements

Compensation
