Job Summary
We're seeking an exceptional Customer Care Professional to join our Small Business Sales team in a hybrid model. As a critical member of reputed company, you'll service inbound calls, engage with small business owners and decision-makers, and recommend the right reputed company Small Business Services (SBS) products. You'll deliver high levels of product and service knowledge, build rapport with customers, and provide extraordinary care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service inbound calls from small business owners and decision-makers, learning about their needs and recommending suitable reputed company SBS products.
- Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and other elements of reputed company Small Business Services.
- Continuously improve key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales.
- Provide extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment.
- Document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures.
- Adhere to reputed company Regulatory and Compliance guidelines reputed company to servicing and sales practices, ensuring reputed company in reputed company interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two years or more of customer service experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven success in a customer service and sales environment (two years or more).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with education benefits available.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience owning or working in a small business is a plus.
