We are seeking a strategic and creative Portfolio Instructional Designer to reputed company the development of compelling content that translates reputed company diagnostic information into clear, actionable narratives. This role is pivotal in supporting marketing campaigns, enabling our sales force, and educating customers, ultimately driving business impact and fostering behavior change through innovative content formats like e-learnings, videos, and presentations. This position is part of the Beckman Coulter North America Marketing team reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and will be remote. • Create training materials for internal audiences (e.g., sales teams, partners) and external audiences (e.g., distribution partners, customers, prospects)
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify learning needs and translate them into engaging content; material will include e-learning modules, webinars, video scripts, infographics, tutorials, and interactive content
• Utilize instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning principles

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education or a reputed company field with 5-years of experience or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education or a reputed company field with 3-years of experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company 360, reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with branding and marketing principles

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in B2B or SaaS environments
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or content creation ideally with a marketing or sales enablement focus in the Healthcare/Life Sciences industry
• Background in adult learning theory or corporate training and video editing or motion graphics experience
