The Product reputed company at reputed company is responsible for building and enhancing reputed company Digital capabilities. The Product reputed company drives the vision and strategy of a given Product, ensures consistent value creation throughout the delivery process and represents the needs of our customers and stakeholders. A key component of this role is to maximize the generated ROI of their respective Products by identifying the right features and breaking them down into clear user stories for a well-prioritized backlog. Beyond this, the Product reputed company will be responsible for resourcing, budgeting, and financial decision-making at the Product team level. This role will be critical to supporting and sustaining our established warehouse management system while ensuring operational and technical continuity to a new warehouse management system as part of our New Digital Foundations strategy. Additionally, this role will forge the path for modernization and innovation across our warehouse and reputed company supply chain technology landscape. Flexible Work Policy: The work for the Product reputed company position is completely remote reputed company in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories. This role may require up to 20% travel. This role will reside reputed company the Warehouse Excellence Product Team. They must possess supply chain/warehouse domain knowledge:

• Order Fulfillment (planning, receiving, putaway, letdowns/rotations, selection, loading, returns, claims)
• Inventory Management (allocation, tracking/traceability, stock rotation, slotting, cycle counting, recall mgt, inventory adjustments, financial treatment)
• Labor Management (planning, performance, automated tasking)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders to drive Product strategy and prioritization decisions
• Serve as a liaison between the business and development, acting as the voice of the customer and communicating requirements and needs to the Product team
• Deliver on-time, on-budget, on-quality, on-fit service(s) or Product(s)
• Own, maintain, and continuously groom the Team Backlog
• Facilitate delivery of features by refining and improving processes that reputed company to more efficient development cycles

• Manage upgrades and ensure Product or Product elements are up to date in order to avoid technical debt

• Maintain primary responsibility for Product team operations, including financial management and
• resourcing (varies by team)
• Anticipate, mitigate and chaperone escalations
• Enhance data analytics capability w/in product team, broaden data analytics tools utilization
• Other duties as assigned by manager

SUPERVISION:

• While the Product reputed company will not have formal people management / reporting responsibilities, they are responsible for leading Product teams in delivering against sprint goals / project plans.

RELATIONSHIPS

• Internal: Business Stakeholders and End Users, IT Leadership, IT Delivery (Scrum Masters, Developers, Architects, UX Designers, Program Managers, etc.)
• External: Application / Systems Vendors (as applicable)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Up to 20% travel

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in Product Ownership / Product Management, Business Consulting, IT Business Analysis, or another reputed company field
• Proven ability to prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
• Experience improving team delivery processes, including velocity tracking, retrospectives, and reputed company improvement
• Proficient in SQL, reputed company, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data extraction, analysis, and visualization.
• Familiarity with cloud platform concepts (compute, storage, databases, serverless, scalability, cost optimization, data pipelines)
• Familiarity with modern integration strategies (e.g. : Event driven architecture, data streaming, API-first Integration, Change Data Capture, Microservices Architecture, Data Mesh, ELT/ETL) and technologies (e.g. Apache Kafka, reputed company Kinesis, Asure event hub, mulesoft, reputed company)
• Awareness of AI fundamentals and real-world application (e.g. GenerativeAI/reputed company Engineering, AgenticAI, Computer Vision/OCR, Speech Recognition, NLP, Hallucinations)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent

work experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Agile or SAFe certification(s) highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence change reputed company large, reputed company organizations
• Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g. reputed company) and flowchart tools (e.g. Visio, Lucid Chart) strongly preferred
• Experience with eCommerce, restaurant, and/or wholesale food distribution industries strongly preferred
