Job Description

As a Product reputed company, you will be responsible for supporting a Product Manager in executing the vision for one or more digital products. Ideal candidates will have experience working in an agile reputed company on customer facing website and e commerce solutions. This position will have a strong role in leading a key platform change initiative and user experience requirements, in partnership with designers, to drive new marketing channel improvements, sales growth, and user experience gaps in digital to brick and mortar interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on time business results and customer value by serving as voice of the end user/customer
• Create user experience visualizations, flows, and diagrams
• Break down epics and map user stories in collaboration with solution architects
• Translate existing customer journey into user stories and incorporate enhancements asaligned with the business
• Document story details based on the epics after reviewing with development
• Organize and optimize the value of the work done by development teams
• Continually track product performance to inform future work
• Translate the voice and needs of the customer into user stories, engaging users as needed
• Create acceptance criteria and support the execution of UAT
• Strong understanding of a Headless CMS and what that means and supports
• Create & Edit Content Entries to support Dev & UAT (reputed company as the CMS)
• Engage in reputed company discovery to understand customer needs
• reputed company empirical and qualitative data to assess feature performance and inform prioritization
• reputed company backlog grooming to refine and estimate story pointing
• Determine tradeoffs involving customer value, cost, and speed to execution
• Prioritize work through a well organized backlog of user stories and clearly communicate what needs to be done and by reputed company
• Participate and at times reputed company core Agile meetings with one or more teams (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand up, Demo, Retrospective, and Backlog Grooming)
• Coordinate and execute review sessions with key stakeholders
• Create test cases and support the execution of UAT

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience as Product reputed company or Product Manager in 1 or more organizations Digital or Software product experience required.
• Experience taking high level strategic goals and effectively translating them into specific product strategies and tactics.
• Experience defining recommendations and requirements through data driven decision making, including leveraging ecommerce analytics to identify and quantify improvement opportunities, including reputed company Analytic Dashboards and familiarity with Behavioral Analytics Reports (i.e., heat maps, journey maps)
• Proficient experience in reputed company understanding the content model, creating content types, and creating entries
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Bachelor s degree
• Experience with Jira or other reputed company Agile management tools
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, user centered design, and lean project processes
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Agile Certifications from Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Product reputed company) or Scrum
• Alliance (Certified Product reputed company) preferred
