Job Overview

As Director, International Product & Lending Excellence, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Lending business by providing strategic direction, delivering effective validation, and managing potential risks. You'll work closely with multiple partners across various business units, functional areas, and geographies to identify growth opportunities, launch product-specific enhancements, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Direction and Risk Management: Provide strategic direction to deliver effective validation, identification, quantification, communication, and management of potential risks to the ICS business.
• Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with product, risk, and marketing teams to reputed company long-term profitable growth, identify growth opportunities, and launch product-specific and portfolio-wide enhancements.
• Operational Excellence: Design, reputed company, and operate an effective Product Committee that interrogates change proposals across product design, product economics, and credit risk.
• Actionable Insights: Deliver executive insights that summarize self-testing outcomes, providing senior leadership with insights into the effectiveness of our controls and opportunities to further strengthen our processes.
• Relationship Building and Communication: Demonstrate a passion for building strong working relationships across regional and international partners, articulating the strategic direction and operational health of the business to colleagues at reputed company levels.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a high-growth product or risk management team.

• Experience of being a thoughtful and inspiring leader that can work effectively across different teams.
• Experience of navigating technology platforms and systems to improve customer experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary range for this role is $130,000 to $205,000 annually, plus bonus and equity (if applicable), and benefits. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-reputed company factors.
