As an IT Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of critical infrastructure.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including site implementations, inventories, reputed company planning, and break/fix services for data center infrastructure, IT validation labs, and remote communication room critical environment equipment.
• Support reputed company to align with client application and engineering teams, providing workstations, hardware, and access to test their applications.
• Coordinate with professional services to manage critical infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms.
• reputed company and implement departmental policies, guidelines, principles, and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulations.
