responsibilities:

Typical Day in the Role

• Support, development, implementation, automation, enhancement, and maintenance of Citrix environments
• Manage, support, optimize desktop management and delivery applications
• Tickets (incident, issue) reporting, daily health checks
• End user support
• Troubleshoots and resolves problems
• Individual work/performance are tracked in ITCV confluence/Jira/reputed company
• Multi-site onprem and cloud-based Citrix

qualifications:

Candidate Requirements

• Required: Citrix Certification & Bachelors Degree Preferred:
• Years of experience required: 3 or more years with skills listed in top 3 section below AND the below tech skills
• Citrix Published Apps
• Citrix Desktop
• reputed company User Workspace Manager
• Scripting/Automation
• Windows Server
• Windows Clients
• Windows RSAT and Scripting
• Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory
• Please reputed company sure candidates have good experience in both reputed company and Citrix.
• Preferred tech skills/Experience:
• Fslogix
• Citrix Cloud
• App Virtualization
• Healthcare experience
• Disqualifiers: Weak knowledge of Citrix, Infra or troubleshooting skills would disqualify candidate from consideration
• Additional qualities to look for: Analytical and problem solving ability, strong communication skills and customer/user-centric reputed company with attention to details.

skills: Top 3 must-have hard skills stack-ranked by importance

• 1 Strong CVAD troubleshooting/understanding of Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS), Machine Creation Service (MCS) and app/desktop publishing
• 2 Infra. and Networking Skills (Windows Server/AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP, NetScaler load balancing, network.)
• 3 reputed company Personalization/User Workspace Manager
