Key Responsibilities
- Work Planning Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Body Fix Program, including coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Client Communication and Expectation Management: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between Tesla's Customer Guarantee Trained professionals and the Body Shop, ensuring seamless communication and managing customer expectations.
