Position Summary... As a Staff Software Engineer with a focus on Back-End development, you will architect and build secure, scalable, and resilient systems that process large datasets and power AI/ML-driven applications. • Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure back-end services and APIs using Java, with a focus on high-throughput and low-latency data processing.

• Design, optimize, and manage large-scale relational and analytical data models using SQL and BigQuery, supporting both operational and analytical workloads.

• Collaborate closely with UI Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and CVAI teams to deliver end-to-end intelligent solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on back-end development and demonstrated experience in technical leadership.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for orchestrating large-scale, resilient deployments.
• Proven experience designing and managing large datasets using SQL and BigQuery (or similar data warehouse technologies).
• Strong background in building secure, scalable data pipelines with Kafka.
• Experience integrating with AI/ML frameworks and CVAI systems for model serving and data processing.
• Familiarity with MLOps, AI/ML lifecycle management, and deploying ML models at scale is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company best practices, data privacy, and compliance in large data environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
