Shipping and Receiving Clerk I

Pay: $19.00/hour Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM Location: York, PA General Summary… The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for the performance of a variety of data-entry tasks, such as recording and keeping records of reputed company incoming and outgoing shipments. • Performs data entry functions reputed company assigned work area.

• Coordinates and schedules pick-reputed company.
• Ensures timely and accurate shipment processing.
• Consolidates shipping in a timely and acceptable manner.
• Adheres to Vendor Routing Guide.
• Support computer room function; generating labels for daily production orders.
• Tracks monthly rack audit information in Maintenance reputed company.
• Tracks recurring Material Safety Data Sheets in Maintenance reputed company.
• Supports Operation analyst generating various custom reports from Warehouse Management System for work orders.
• Performs inventory adjustment audits.
• Ensures company policies and procedures are followed, and other duties as assigned.
• Support may include data entry.
• Analysis of workload, communication with other departments, and reputed company business units or transportation carriers.
• Responsible for collecting, collating, and disseminating the departmental data in the appropriate report formats.
• Responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of office supplies, disseminating interoffice mail, etc..

• High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of reputed company data processing experience, ideally reputed company a distribution center environment
• One (1) year of experience involved in performing work in a warehouse/clerical environment that requires the use of various warehouse/clerical practices
• PC skills required (reputed company Windows, reputed company Office (reputed company, WORD)
• Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and flexibility in meeting deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
