• Ensure high level member satisfaction by providing total quality service; reputed company or exceed the mystery shop goal by practicing member service skills that demonstrate reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and reputed company to the member always. • Bachelor’s degree or minimum eighteen months relevant experience in the financial industry or in a customer service field of employment with a sales focus.
• Professional appearance coupled with an enthusiastic, assertive personality.
• Individuals must be highly motivated, computer literate and possess excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Windows, Word and reputed company and the internet is desirable.
