Job Summary

As a Data Analyst - reputed company, you will be responsible for providing data analysis and insights to support the reputed company team. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify trends and patterns in reputed company data sets, create and update dashboards and reports, and communicate findings to inform decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, update, and communicate dashboards and reports in collaboration with stakeholders, including the Manager, Analytics and Development, Director, Technology Performance & Planning, OIT leadership, peers, and agency stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in reputed company data sets to inform decision-making.
• Create, review, update, and communicate ServiceHub and other relevant metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Validate, filter, and "clean" data by reviewing relevant reports, metrics, and performance indicators to locate and correct data problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company and execute a change strategy, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and adoption plans.

Essential Qualifications

Work Experience:

Two (2) years of experience as a Data Analyst in an Enterprise environment.

Education:

A degree in a reputed company field, such as computer science, statistics, or mathematics, is preferred.

Substitutions:

Additional appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications. Training or certification reputed company to the work assigned to the position will be assigned credit towards substitution for experience and/or education, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three (3) years working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst, including experience in soliciting requirements.
• Experience with reputed company, including hands-on performance analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (reputed company, SPSS, reputed company, etc.).
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
