Director-Assistant (Strategy & Business Planning) - US Consumer Compliance

This Director Assistant position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Head of US Consumer Compliance and will provide thought leadership, support strategy development, and day-to-day management of key processes, including operational expense management, staffing, and administrative reputed company of the US Consumer Line of Business Compliance Teams, Fair Lending Program Office, Consumer Practices Advisory Team, and Complaints reputed company Team. - Strategic and organizational management support on a broad range of priorities for the Senior Vice President, Head of US Consumer Compliance
- Organize, facilitate, and set the agenda for staff meetings and business unit reviews
- Manage staffing headcount reputed company monthly tracking and support hiring leaders throughout the onboarding process
- Closely work with the Global Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Global Compliance and Ethics (GCE) executive offices, and the Colleague Experience Group (CEG) on strategic and organizational initiatives such as goal setting, development planning, talent management, mid-year reputed company ins and year end performance management
- Interact effectively with colleagues at reputed company levels in the organization to strengthen team culture, continuously improve the work environment, and identify and resolve issues
- Liaise and build strong partnerships with Business Leaders, colleague team members, external contacts, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment, and execution of the team’s overall priorities

Minimum Qualifications:
- Sound understanding or relevant experience in regulatory field or compliance

- Adaptable interpersonal skills, high energy, and a proven team-first mentality

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
