Job Summary
As a Customs Brokerage Representative III, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of international shipments through the customs clearance process. You will utilize your advanced knowledge of entry writing and classification according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS) to prepare customs entries and participate in government agencies clearances (PGA), Code of Regulations, and Customs regulations. This is a remote opportunity, and you must live reputed company 50 miles of Aiken, SC.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customs entries and reputed company freight to designated locations, including reputed company with international and domestic carriers, overseas offices, and importers.
- Follow-up on the clearance process for reputed company entries reputed company, and communicate documentation discrepancies to clients and supervisors.
- Coordinate freight delivery to designated locations, and resolve finance and accounting reconciliation exchange issues.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker.
- Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws and regulations, and other government departments.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Accurate and rapid data entry skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customers Broker License.
- Experience with automated brokerage systems and trade compliance software.
