About the Position

As a key member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for managing our dialing system, creating and monitoring daily dialer campaigns, providing intraday monitoring and reporting, and recommending real-time schedule and campaign changes to identify efficiency opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Call Center Director to identify priorities and be assigned additional tasks as needed
- Create and monitor daily dialer campaigns to ensure optimal performance
- Provide intraday monitoring and reporting to inform real-time decisions
- Recommend real-time schedule and campaign changes to identify efficiency opportunities
- Update systems with real-time campaign adjustments to ensure seamless execution

Essential Qualifications:
