About the Role: Change Order Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Change Order Representative to join our remote team. As a Change Order Representative, you'll play a critical role in reviewing changes on existing patient orders, ensuring that our patients receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

• Review and Process Change Orders: Enter demographics and other pertinent information into our digital system, ensuring completion of reputed company change order paperwork.
• Verify Insurance Coverage: Verify insurance coverage, explain benefit information to patients and case managers, and collect and process payments as applicable.
• Patient Needs Assessment: Identify patients' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
• Authorization Submissions: Responsible for authorization submissions and authorization follow-up, meeting daily expectations.
• CRX and Prescription Validation: Determine a CRX and a valid prescription with formula calculation knowledge.
• Insurance and Payor Portal Navigation: Utilize insurance and payor portal navigation knowledge to reputed company process change orders.
• Metrics and Goals: Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics and goals set by management.
• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments to present solutions to any patient concerns.
• Compliance: Ensure work being performed meets internal and external compliance requirements.

Essential Qualifications
