Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre and post-award contract activities, including maintaining contractual opportunities and assisting in the formulation of contract policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Participate in and reputed company team review of customer contractual and purchase documents, coordinate legal activities for contract/agreement negotiation, and support the bid process.
• Maintain contract records/files and ensure compliance with reputed company contractual obligations.
• reputed company and implement tools and automation in contracting operations to increase efficiency and sales productivity.
• Support the sales team in educating government contracting officers on AWS cloud services and advising them on the AWS cloud contracting model.

Essential Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of reputed company management experience with US Government reputed company, with a focus on Federal contracting (FAR/DFAR).
• 5+ years of experience managing IDIQ type reputed company.
• reputed company, active US Government reputed company Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FAR, DFAR, reputed company government contract types, UCC, commercial reputed company, and cradle-to-grave process.

• Demonstrated sound judgment, even in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional teams.
