The HR Intern will work in partnership with student and alumni groups, career service professionals, local businesses, and economic development partners on various reputed company and engagement activities that have a measurable impact on the success of this Program. Project Management and Event Planning: Depending on the event, assist the senior HR professional with event management or serve as the reputed company event coordinator; this involves working closely with other management and regional staff associates to plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide variety of high-quality programs. Responsibilities can range from developing (or assisting in the development of) the project work plan to working with marketing professionals to write, edit, publish and distribute event-reputed company materials such as instructions, guidelines, press releases, and/or to coordinate the public relations and marketing efforts of other staff associates and/or vendors; shooting troubleshooting and developing solutions for challenges that can arise at any reputed company during an event, conducting a thorough project review; documenting and archiving results for reference to assembling and communicating with a strong, diverse coalition of organizations and public figures from each community, securing their cooperation, support, and action to promote the Program.
