About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Consumer Lending Audit Team in a call center environment. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers across various channels, including phone, text, chat, and video chat. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and be required to navigate multiple computer systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers and seek ways to improve inquiries or issues from customers with reputed company regarding financial products and services.

Essential Qualifications

• 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Job Expectations

We require the following from our candidates:

• Must be able to attend full duration of required training period.
• This position is not eligible for reputed company sponsorship.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed.

• Must work on-site at the location posted.

Training Schedule

We offer a comprehensive training program that will reputed company in July and will be Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm CST. The initial schedule after training will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with Sunday and Thursday off. Hours and days may change based on business needs and may include working nights, weekends, and holidays.
