What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of reputed company, engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. You'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with Customers: You'll interact with customers reputed company inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 Years of Customer-Focused Experience: You'll have a proven track record of working in a customer-focused environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You'll possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: You'll be able to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: You'll be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts and overtime as needed.
- KY Rx Tech License: You'll be required to obtain a KY Rx Tech license, which will be provided by reputed company.
