Job Summary

As a Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative (French & English), you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers reputed company phone, email, or internet to provide top-notch support and resolve their queries. Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English).
