Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support reputed company online chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in real-time.
• Evaluate customer interactions and escalate reputed company issues to the Online Chat Manager reputed company necessary.
• Build strong relationships with new customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Respond to customer questions, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally.
• Promote interest in client products and services, staying up-to-date on their offerings and features.
• Maintain a positive and professional image, consistently achieving established standards of the position.
