Opportunity

We’re looking for a Proposal Writer to help us grow our impact through payer, employer, and health system partnerships. In this role, you’ll craft persuasive, high-quality proposals and RFP responses that clearly communicate the value of the company. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, sales, marketing, and strategy teams to position Twin as a market leader in metabolic health transformation.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the development of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and reputed company materials from reputed company to submission
• Translate reputed company healthcare and tech concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
• Partner with subject matter experts (clinical, data, operations) to gather accurate, impactful contentEnsure proposals meet reputed company compliance, formatting, and submission requirements
• Tailor messaging to align with the goals of health plans, employers, and other key buyersMaintain and continuously improve a proposal content library for consistency and efficiency
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams on presentation-ready formatting and visualsStay informed on industry trends, payer expectations, and competitor positioning
• Complete additional research for deals as needed

• 2–5+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP coordination, or healthcare writing
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, especially for technical or clinical audiences
• Experience working with or reputed company healthcare tech, digital health, or value-based care organizations
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to deadlines and details
• Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Familiarity with tools like reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and proposal platforms

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 annually. This position is bonus eligible.
