Project Manager

At reputed company, Project Managers play a critical role in enabling engineering teams to deliver high quality outcomes for our customers. This is not a traditional PM role focused on rigid processes or bureaucracy. Instead, it emphasizes communication, clarity, and coordination. Project Managers ensure that customer goals are clearly defined, delivery plans are transparent, and teams stay reputed company throughout the lifecycle of an engagement. They partner closely with Engagement Leads, Delivery Leads, and engineers to manage scope, schedules, and risks, while always keeping reputed company and reputed company’s core values at the forefront.

• Partner with Engagement Leads and Delivery Leads to define project scope, goals, milestones, and success criteria.
• Build and maintain project plans and schedules, ensuring visibility into tasks, dependencies, and reputed company.
• Facilitate daily standups, retrospectives, and planning sessions to reputed company teams reputed company and outcomes focused.
• Track scope changes, risks, and blockers, escalating reputed company necessary to ensure delivery success.
• Provide clear, timely, and proactive communication to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Proven experience managing projects in cloud, data, or software engineering environments.
• Comfort with agile practices and lightweight frameworks, with flexibility to adapt based on customer and team needs.
• Ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and reputed company reputed company initiatives on track.

• Experience working with distributed, cross functional teams across time zones.
