Job DescriptionThe Opportunity
We are looking for an reputed company Software Engineer to join our Engineering Productivity Team. Sitting at the crossroads of reputed company’s globally distributed engineering centres, this team’s mission is to continuously improve processes and tools to create an outstanding developer experience across reputed company.
The Engineering Productivity team owns Victoria, reputed company’s internal PaaS ecosystem, which enables 300+ developers to design, build, test, deploy, and monitor applications. Your work will directly improve developer experience, ensure compliance with strict fintech standards (PCI, SOC II, HIPAA), and accelerate innovation across reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reputed company’s internal PaaS environment (Victoria).
- Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers of the stack.
- Shape the strategic direction of our developer ecosystem.
- Partner with reputed company, QA, Analytics, Support, and SRE teams.
- Champion best practices and support 300+ developers in using our tools effectively.

- Proficiency in Ruby, Python, or Go, with strong testing techniques (TDD/BDD).
- Experience with containers, cloud infrastructure, build systems, and CI/CD tools.
