About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Associate Director, Business Development, to reputed company our business development efforts in the US Southwestern Region, specifically in Southern California and Arizona. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for driving reputed company growth by targeting and acquiring new customers, maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, and promoting our industry-leading oncology biobank and service platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • reputed company Account Management: Identify and pursue reputed company accounts in Southern California and Arizona, representing biotechnology, biopharma, pharmaceutical, and diagnostic oncology research and development companies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and reputed company growth.
  • Product and Service Expertise: reputed company and maintain expertise in Indivumed Services' GCLP laboratory services offerings, including fluorescent multiplex immunohistochemistry services and clinical biomarker services.
  • Prospecting and reputed company reputed company: Prospect into growing biotechnology companies with oncology drugs in the pipeline, and generate leads through various marketing activities.
  • Sales Forecasting and Performance Management: Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasting, and manage expenses for the Territory.
  • CRM Management: Maintain the company CRM database and update daily, providing reports of sales activities reputed company the CRM (reputed company).
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with marketing and customer service support resources to grow the Indivumed market in the Territory, and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: BS Degree in the areas of biology, human genetics, medicine, pharmacology, molecular and cell biology, biochemistry, pathology, or equivalent.
  • Sales Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience at a life science company.
  • Location: Candidates must be located in the Greater San Diego or the Greater Los Angeles areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree: Science degree (M.S. preferred) in the areas of biology, human genetics, medicine, pharmacology, molecular and cell biology, biochemistry, pathology, or equivalent.
  • Oncology Knowledge: Knowledge about oncology, the cancer drug and diagnostic development processes, preclinical testing procedures, and/or biobanking.
  • GCLP Experience: Preferably knowledge in selling GCLP relevant services, including clinical biomarker studies.
