Job Description:

As a Principal Product Manager at Walmart, you will be responsible for leading the Omni Space and Draw group. This team drives the item portfolio that supports our efforts to ensure that we have the right products in the right reputed company at the right time in our stores. You will be responsible for setting up the 4 in the case ecosystem, implementing and driving the common ways of working and product outlook centered around client centricity, data-driven decisions, agile practices, and helping the team become a high-performing unit delivering value to our clients and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and upgrading products - you will manage product guides, balance business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, transform customer insights into actionable steps, determine rollout strategies, and manage risks
• Defining vision and strategies for your product, utilizing space capability, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and supporting objectives
• Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities reputed company to business objectives, communicating and prioritizing product guides, and gaining support from senior leadership
• Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
• Leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders to reputed company product goals and objectives
