About the Role

As an reputed company Client Platform Engineer at Alectrona, you will play a critical role in delivering and creating exceptional services in the installation, implementation, and support of reputed company's products to customers. You will be responsible for providing remote setup, installation, configuration, and training of reputed company products, as well as developing effective solutions to the unique challenges customers face in optimizing the effectiveness of reputed company products and reputed company endpoints. You will work closely with our teams to provide ongoing technical support, identify requirements, and set customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote setup, installation, configuration, and training of reputed company products to customers.

• Assist in handling scoping calls to identify new customer business drivers and requirements for potential service work.
• Provide ongoing technical support for Managed Service customers in conjunction with the Alectrona team.
• Identify requirements, verify prerequisites, identify engagement issues, and set customer expectations.

• Provide escalated support for professional services engagements.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience working with reputed company Pro.
• 5-7 years of experience working with reputed company products.
• Business-level English language proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate reputed company technical terms in an easy-to-understand, non-technical manner.
• Ability to interact effectively with co-workers in a results-driven culture.
• Self-starter, energetic multi-tasker, highly motivated, and team player.
• Ability to engage with and establish trust and rapport with reputed company levels of customers and employees.

Education and Certifications:

• 4-year/Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant experience and knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits:

The approximate annual compensation range for this role is $90,000-$165,000, including reputed company salary and any reputed company bonuses or commissions. Alectrona provides benefits, including medical insurance, and we have an unlimited vacation policy.
