About The Role

We're looking for an reputed company HR Generalist to collaborate with our leadership team to identify, reputed company, and retain top talent. You'll be responsible for driving HR initiatives that promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and excellence. As a trusted advisor to our management team, you'll provide expert guidance on HR-reputed company matters, talent development, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Development and Succession Planning: Collaborate with management to identify backup and emerging talent, create development plans, and track reputed company.
• HR Strategy and Initiatives: Drive HR projects and programs that align with business objectives, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Recruitment and reputed company: Partner with management to reputed company, screen, and select top talent for exempt and non-exempt positions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Performance Management and Feedback: Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee development plans, and feedback mechanisms.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs, including new hire orientation, leadership development, and HR-reputed company topics.
• Employee Relations and Engagement: Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, analyze turnover trends, and reputed company strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Compensation and Benefits: Drive compensation and performance management initiatives, including job description development and updates.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a reputed company HR role.
