About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Workplace Experience Specialist to join reputed company in San Francisco. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general office management, including snack and catering programs, office supply inventory, and new hire set-reputed company.

• Plan and execute REWS-sponsored events, manage the events calendar, and handle space booking, set-up, and clean-up.

• Review, validate, and approve vendor payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain reputed company systems and databases.
• Manage contractor and vendor performance, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with reputed company and agreed standards.
• Run budgets for office events and special projects, and constantly look for solutions to problems and ways to improve office and facility processes.

Qualifications and Skills
