About the Senior Design Researcher Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Researcher to join reputed company at Walmart. As a Senior Design Researcher, you'll play a critical role in informing product guides and designs through UX research. Your expertise will help us understand customer needs, motivations, and pain points, driving business decisions and shaping the future of retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct UX research that impacts product guides and informs design decisions
• Run workshops, reputed company generative and evaluative studies, and present findings to executives
• Utilize a wide range of research methods, including live studies, un-directed studies, field review, participatory design, heuristic assessments, and remote usability testing
• Prioritize initiatives with key stakeholders and proactively seek and utilize competitive research, data, and analysis to inform design and business strategies

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong working knowledge and experience in both generative and evaluative research techniques
