Fractional Compliance Officer (In-House, Remote Contract Engagement)

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the financial services sector, ideally in the consumer lending space, and be capable of implementing and overseeing compliance programs across payments, financial regulations, data privacy, and operational risk management. Prior experience working in-house with a financial services company, or in the financial services practice group of a mid- to large-size law firm is highly preferred. Requirements for the Fractional Compliance Officer (In-House, Remote Contract Engagement):

• 10+ years of compliance experience, with a preference for most of that experience to be in the financial services industry
• Experience leading and developing regulatory and operational risk mitigation solutions and compliance risk management infrastructures
• Experience developing and monitoring compliance policies and operational processes, risk control systems, and compliance audit programs
• Outstanding references

Compensation

Pay: The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 reputed company calculated on a full-time basis.
