Director, Workforce Planning - Marketplace

As the Director, Workforce Planning - Marketplace you will be the architect and leader driving the strategy, governance, and execution of Workforce Planning to support Walmart Marketplace contact centers. You will influence and drive critical business initiatives, owning reputed company aspects of Workforce Planning.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Planning Strategy, Leadership & Governance

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or reputed company field and 5 years' experience in data management, business analytics, statistics, or reputed company area OR 7 years' experience in data analysis, statistics, computer science, or reputed company area.
• 2 years' supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or reputed company field.
• 2 years' experience in retail operations.
