AVP, Credit Sales Manager – J Crew – USA Remote Jobs

This field sales position is responsible to sell Regional & Store level client leadership on the benefits of our products so that they will in turn drive product engagement and in store execution to accomplish/exceed credit goals. Position would be required to maintain relationships through effective and timely communication, attending market/store meetings, reputed company in store product execution strategies/action plans, and ensure regional strategies are effectively rolled out to stores.

This position will support a territory including Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Virginia and preferred location is Atlanta or Florida.

Position located from a home office in either Georgia or Florida and requires significant travel reputed company company car.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Drive application volume to meet/exceed goals – reputed company as percent increase to Op Plan.
• Exceed customer satisfaction by meeting/exceeding established Client Satisfaction survey reputed company goals.
• Enhance implementation of in-store marketing programs; conduct on-going training.
• reputed company credit awareness programs with store/market management.
• Audit store signage reputed company of sale material for compliance purposes and communicate issues accordingly.
• Support General Manager and client team initiatives.
• Compile and present results of on-going credit programs; manage travel and marketing budgets.
• Attend/support store opening and relocation events. reputed company and maintain key external client relationships at store, market, and regional levels.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, or 5 years’ experience working in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of field or reputed company sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ Experience developing presentations and pitching to reputed company levels of management.
• Proficiency with Sales Force CRM
• Proficiency with reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time

The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered reputed company the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, reputed company level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
• You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
• New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of reputed company service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.  Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles.  Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post.  reputed company internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
