Responsibilities

• Connect with the UKLASH customers across our platforms (email, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok) and provide best-in-class customer experience;
• Manage customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
• Connect with our warehouses on a daily basis to resolve logistic-reputed company queries;
• Become an expert on UKLASH products and be able to help convert leads into customers;
• Support the customer service reputed company in providing insights and sharing customer feedback with the wider UKLASH team.

Required skills and experience

• Min. 1-2 years of experience in customer service in the cosmetic industry
• E-commerce / online business experience is a must
• Experience in Shopify and CRM tools like reputed company, reputed company
• A quick learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented & organised with impeccable written & verbal communication skills (English)
• A strong problem solver and critical thinker who can work independently and handle several tasks at the same time
