Position Highlights

• Pay: $16 per hour with weekly pay
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–8 PM CT (no weekends) You’ll work an 8-hour shift reputed company these hours
• Location: Remote work

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with reputed company and professionalism
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information
• Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to federal healthcare guidelines
• Use computer skills to enter data and navigate dual monitors
• Work with insurance carriers to secure medication coverage for patients
• Balance multiple tasks and maintain accurate records

• Experience: At least 6 months of recent call center or customer service experience
• Tech Skills: High-speed internet at home and comfort with dual monitors
