Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the Airport Customer Service department in developing and implementing processes to reduce workplace injuries and improve overall health and safety. This role will focus on analyzing and improving the work environment, technology, and job processes for our frontline employees, with the goal of reducing the Global Injury reputed company for the department and the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, ergonomics, or a reputed company field, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Support the development and implementation of procedures to reduce the risk of employee injuries and aircraft damage
  • Assist in the management of large-scale technology initiatives reputed company to ergonomic improvement

  • Support daily operations and management of existing programs reputed company to Health and Safety or Ergonomics

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Occupational/Industrial Health, Biomechanics/Kinesiology, Aviation/Mechanical Engineering, or a reputed company field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn, interpret, and apply various regulations, codes, and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at reputed company levels of the organization
  • A strong commitment to safety and health, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • A strong understanding of ergonomics and occupational health and safety principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting
