About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities

Key Qualifications

• Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner, and to exhibit patience, reputed company, and confidence in your interactions with customers
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
