Schedule and Compensation Details
As a Customer Service Representative with KellyConnect, you can expect:

- A hybrid work schedule that includes:
+ Office rotation: Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday + Work from home rotation: Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with KellyConnect, your typical day will involve:
- Processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information
- Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed
- Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements
