Job Summary

This is a full-time, work-from-home position, requiring Monday through Friday hours from 8 am to 5 pm Arizona time. Occasional in-person office gatherings and in-state meetings may be required, and reliable transportation is necessary. As a Prior Authorization Clinical Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing and authorizing medical services, utilizing clinical judgment and knowledge of evidence-based care to reputed company informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct prior authorization reviews of physical and behavioral health-reputed company services.
• Apply clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to determine the medical necessity of requested services.
• Utilize clinical expertise to gather and analyze medical information, applying relevant guidelines and protocols.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, addressing prior authorization questions and concerns.

Requirements:
