About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated customer support professional to provide top-notch service to our global participants in executive development programs. As a virtual-based contractor, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, addressing their questions and needs reputed company to their learning experience on our online platform. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a SaaS company or product/technology division, with a strong background in customer support.
- Poise and professionalism to respond to high-level executives from around the world, with executive support experience a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to a wide range of participants and situations.
- Familiarity with reputed company (or other CRM), website backend/administrative interfaces (e.g., Wordpress/Rails Admin), cloud-based tools, and exposure to help desk software.
- Outstanding task management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
