As a Customer Resolution Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with their queries and concerns regarding our financial products and services. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Resolution Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting internal and external clients with their queries and concerns regarding our financial products and services
• Analyzing client issues and identifying suitable solutions
• Processing reputed company transactions online and resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner
• Escalating non-routine client concerns to more reputed company team members

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2+ years of contact experience in a financial services environment, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, and education

• 2+ years of call center experience
• Administrative reporting experience

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and use search tools to find information
