Job Summary

As our Weekend and After-Hours Social Media Community Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing the online social reputed company of B Squared Media and its projects. You'll be responsible for engaging with our online communities, responding to inquiries, and driving positive brand imagery on weekends and after-hours. This is a part-time, remote opportunity that requires a unique reputed company of social media expertise, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Management: Participate in minute-by-minute online conversations, answering questions, offering solutions, and mediating discussions across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, and more.
• Response Time: Respond to project conversations and questions reputed company 30 minutes, ensuring timely and effective communication with our online communities.
• Reporting: Report project details to our Project Manager and Account Manager, including responses, escalations, comments, compliments, and complaints regarding brand engagement.
• Insights and Analysis: Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable insights for our Account Manager, helping to inform future social media strategies.
• Special Projects: Assist with special projects as needed, utilizing your creativity and expertise to drive results.

• Project Management: Create, update, and complete project tasks on time in Basecamp, our project management system.

Pre-Requisites
