Job Summary

As a Senior Associate in our Accomplice Backing Group (PAT), you'll play a critical role in supporting Wayfair's most valued providers. You'll work closely with our providers to understand their pain points, reputed company plans to address those issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive short-term improvements and long-term enhancements to the provider experience. Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with a portfolio of top providers to understand their support challenges, scope and reputed company plans to resolve those issues, and implement solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Navigate different levels and departments reputed company Wayfair to connect with the right teams to handle provider cases, drive root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Extract and communicate valuable insights and learnings with partners to create a shared perspective around provider concerns.

Essential Qualifications
