Job Summary

As a Spanish Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. Your primary responsibilities will include providing direct client care, collecting and recording data, and assisting with parent and caregiver training. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow prescribed behavioral reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in client's individualized treatment plan.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established procedures.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client reputed company as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Utilize safe and appropriate procedures reputed company working with clients and report reputed company critical incidents and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparation of client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• reputed company certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or willingness to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for RBT competency exam reputed company 45 days of employment.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and, in some cases, reputed company of driver's license and valid car insurance.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, along with a TB test if not completed in the past year.
• Physical ability to reputed company the job, including getting down on the floor and standing up many times, lifting up to 50lbs, and running/moving quickly if required.

• Patience and ability to maintain emotional control in challenging situations.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience working as a Behavioral Technician or in a reputed company field.

• Teacher's Aid, Tutor, CNA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide experience.
