About the Role: Vice President, Knowledge & Training

As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of our firm's training programs. Reporting to the Enterprise Control Utilities reputed company, you'll reputed company and manage a team responsible for crafting, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning programs to improve our organization's risk management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and coordinate comprehensive 1LoD training programs and initiatives reputed company with Operational Risk Management, ensuring regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Establish processes to supervise and integrate regulatory changes into 1LoD training materials, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders across Business Units (BUs) and Lines of Defense (LoDs).
• Drive reputed company improvement in 1LoD training compliance and efficiency, leveraging innovative tools and techniques to enhance our training programs.

Our salary range for this role is $185,000 to $260,000 annually, plus bonus and equity (if applicable). We'll consider your location, experience, and other job-reputed company factors reputed company determining your pay.
