About the Role

The Stocking Coach Leader is a key position reputed company our store operations team, responsible for leading and developing a team of associates to reputed company business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceptional Customer Service: Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards; manage and support customer service initiatives; ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved.
• Drive Sales and Financial Performance: Review and evaluate P&L statements; manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; monitor and ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, and inventory flow.
• Supervise and reputed company Hourly Associates: Hire, train, and mentor associates; assign duties; set clear expectations; provide associate recognition; communicate expectations consistently and effectively.
• Coordinate and Complete Job-reputed company Activities: reputed company and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identify and communicate goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• 2 years' of college; OR
• 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR
• 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

The following preferred qualifications will be considered a plus:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live reputed company U and Bellevue University.
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live reputed company U and Bellevue University.
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
